The large living room has French doors that lead onto a huge wrap-around decking area that is perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the weather. The decking is by far the largest on the whole Kingfisher site and is so large you could have a party or even a barbecue on it!  

The property also has a toilet and a shower. Fantasy Island is a couple of minutes away by foot as are all of the amusement arcades, shops, and of course pubs!  Kingfisher is very near 'The Villager' pub and there are plenty of fast food shops and restaurants nearby.
